City Celebrates Start of Construction of Northwest Police Substation

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The City of Corpus Christi will host a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction for a new police substation at West Guth Park. The substation will allow residents to connect with law enforcement and officers to remain close to the community they serve. Voters approved the facility as part of Bond 2022 and Bond 2024.
Mayor Paulette Guajardo, City Manager Peter Zanoni, City Councilman Everett Roy and Police Chief Mike Markle will provide remarks.
