Corpus Christi International Airport Seeks Public Input on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX—Corpus Christi International Airport (CCIA) is seeking public input to establish its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals for the next three fiscal years (2025-2027). As federal regulations require, CCIA welcomes comments from minorities, women, disadvantaged business owners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

CCIA anticipates more than $17M in federally funded projects between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2027. These projects include:

  • Baggage System Design/Construction and Overages
  • Airport Drainage Study
  • International Drive (Design and Construction)
  • Taxiway Q Apron (Design and Construction)

We encourage partner organizations, including women, disadvantaged, small, and minority business organizations, Chambers of Commerce, trade associations, and community organizations, to distribute this notice to their members. Prime contractors seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the meeting.

A virtual stakeholder meeting will be held on Thursday, September 12, at 2:00 p.m. (CST).
