Important Updates to Reclaimed Water Distribution Service

Proper Permits and Containers Required for Smooth, Efficient Service

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Corpus Christi Water (CCW) is providing essential updates to its Reclaimed Water Distribution Service to streamline the process for residents and businesses.

Permit Required Before Approval

To ensure efficient service and compliance with safety regulations, all customers must obtain a permit before visiting the facility. Additionally, the individual(s) named on the permit application must be present when picking up the reclaimed water. Identification may be required for verification purposes.

Proper Container Requirements

As per Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements, all containers used for collecting reclaimed water must be:

·         Leak-proof

·         Clearly marked as containing “NON-POTABLE WATER”

·         Appropriate for the intended use

Customers arriving with improper containers will be asked to return with appropriate containers to ensure safety and compliance with TCEQ regulations.
