Lane Closures on Nueces Bay Boulevard for Water Line Work

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Beginning January 2, the northbound lanes of Nueces Bay Boulevard will be closed from Leopard Street to West Broadway Street for water line replacement work. Traffic will be redirected to the southbound lanes, allowing two-way, single-lane traffic. The intersections of Nueces Bay Boulevard and Antelope Street, Noakes Street, Hulbirt Street, and Koepke Street will also be closed. 

The project’s expected completion date is July 2025.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists traveling through this area must follow the posted detour signs to navigate the construction zone. Detours will be clearly marked to ensure minimal disruption and maintain traffic flow.
