Nueces County Delays Termination of Services from Public Health District

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – On March 6, the Nueces County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to delay the date of their termination of buying services from the Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District from April 1 to September 30. 

The Public Health District will continue to offer all public health services to residents of Nueces County who reside outside of the city limits of Corpus Christi through September 30. 

The city will present the revised agreement to the City Council on March 19. The anticipated date for the County to present the revised agreement to Commissioners Court is March 20. 

The availability of public health services for residents of the City of Corpus Christi remains unchanged.
