Public Health District to Host #YourPublicHealth Check-in

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District will host “#YourPublicHealth Check-in: Free Health Screenings and Flu Vaccines” from Monday, February 19 to Friday, February 23. The hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.  

At the #YourPublicHealth Check-in, individuals will have the opportunity to receive preventative health screenings and immunizations, which include:  

  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index
  • Blood Sugar
  • Total Cholesterol
  • Flu Vaccines
  • Wellness Counseling
  • Referrals to Community Resources  

In partnership with the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority, riders who tell their driver they are going or coming from the #YourPublicHealth Check-in will ride fare-free.
