Temporary Closure of Flour Bluff Drive and Division Road Intersection

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A contractor for the City of Corpus Christi has scheduled a temporary closure of the intersection at Flour Bluff Drive and Division Road for asphalt resurfacing. The closure is set to begin on Wednesday, February 14, with expected completion within two days, weather permitting. The intersection is slated to reopen, and traffic control measures are anticipated to be lifted on Friday, February 16.

Southbound traffic on Flour Bluff Drive heading towards Yorktown Boulevard will be rerouted east on Don Patricio Road to Waldron Road. Northbound traffic on Flour Bluff Drive heading towards SPID (South Padre Island Drive) will be diverted east on Purdue Road to Waldron Road.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted signs.
