CCIA serves American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines. At CCIA, you can enjoy parking, short walks, free wi-fi, restaurants, and a gift shop. CCIA is also home to two national Fixed Based Operators and a robust general aviation community. 

Additionally, there is an on-site flight school and a network of support services. CCIA is a one-stop shop for all your aviation needs.

Kevin Smith is a seasoned aviation professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Smith joined the City in 2020 and served as Assistant Director until his promotion to Director in February 2021.

Aside from his career with the City of Corpus Christi, Mr. Smith worked at Southwest Airlines for 17 years and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport for 19 years. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
