Ethics Filings

The City Code of Ordinances, Code of Ethics, Article V, requires that on or before the last Friday of March of each year, reporting officials shall file with the City Secretary an annual report of financial information covering January 1 through December 31 of the previous year.

The Code of Ethics also requires that Council Members and Planning Commission Members also file with the City Secretary a supplemental report of financial information by the last Friday of July of each year covering the most recent January 1 through June 30.

The Report of Financial Information:  should be completed and submitted electronically by clicking on the, “File Your Report of Financial Information Here” link on this page; will be considered “filed” on the date and at the time you submit the report via the link; and must be filed on or before the day required for filing. 

You may print a paper version of the Report of Financial Information by clicking on the “HERE” link on the first page of the form in the, “File Your Report of Financial Information Here” link on this page.  You may not file a paper version of the report electronically (i.e. via e-mail or fax).  Thus, after completing the paper version of the report, you must physically file the report with the City Secretary's Office, City Hall - 1st Floor, 1201 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, Texas by 4:45 p.m. on the day required for filing.
