Property Maintenance Code

Corpus Christi Code Enforcement adopted the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition a copy of which, authenticated by the signatures of the mayor and the city secretary, made public record by this section, and on file in the city secretary's office, is hereby adopted verbatim by reference, as if fully copied at length in this article as the property maintenance code in chapter 13, article II, section 13-20 of the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances.
