CivCast

Current construction projects are posted on CivCast. Registration is required and services are free of charge. Contractors and the public can view projects and access documents through this site. All questions and answers will be addressed on the CivCast site along with the release of addenda and other documents. 

Supplier Portal

All Firms are required to register with the City through the Supplier Portal. Submittal of a W-9 is required at the time of registration.

Hard Copies

Sealed proposals must be mailed by the date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid. Hard copy of bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified with the project name on the outside cover and must include a bid security. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check cannot be accepted electronically and must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly labeled, to the City Secretary by the deadline specified. Bid proposals received without the required bid security will be considered invalid and non-responsive.
