You can make payments at any HEB store in Corpus Christi.*

At Corpus Christi City Hall located at 1201 Leopard, Corpus Christi, Texas (1st floor)

* Please note, that HEB payments may take up to two business days to post. Payments must be via cash, credit or debit card only. No checks accepted.

All returned checks will have a $30 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee assessed. The returned check plus NSF fee must be paid in full via cash, credit, debit, money order or cashier's check.
