Restaurant Inspection Scores
To view restaurant and food establishment inspection scores. Inspections are based on a demerit system. The Inspection Report checks against 56 different violations, each scoring from 3 to 1
All the violations which receive three demerits involve time and temperature issues, approved source, protection from contamination, employee health, preventing contamination by hands, chemicals, water/plumbing, and are considered Major Violations. The three (3) point violations require immediate corrective action not to exceed three (3) days.
Items which receive two (2) demerits are also Major Violations and involve other issues which require immediate corrective actions such as Demonstration of Knowledge/Personnel, safe water, recordkeeping and food package labeling, conformance with approved procedures, consumer advisory, food temperature control/identification, utensils, equipment, and vending. The two (2) point violations require corrective action within ten (10) days.
One (1) point violation require corrective action not to exceed ninety (90) days or next inspections, whichever comes first.
0-10 demerits = excellent
11-20 demerits = good
21-30 demerits = acceptable
31 or more = poor
