    Wellness Wednesdays: Yoga

    Do you love yoga? The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District is offering free monthly yoga classes from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at 1702 Horne Road. The yoga classes will be led by Somos Yoga.

    Wellness Wednesdays: Strength Training

    Ready to take your fitness to the next level? The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District is offering a free monthly Strength Training class from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at 1702 Horne Road. The class will be led by VFit Training Center and Kids Get Fit.

    Neighborhood Fitness

    Join us for our next Neighborhood Fitness event on Friday, February 13, at West Guth Park, 9700 Up River Road, in District 1. Registration is required.
  • Feb 16
    Mommy and Me Mondays: Fit for Us Fitness Class

    Parents and children are invited to register for a Fit for Us Fitness Class at 10:00 a.m. at the Corpus Christi - Nueces County Public Health District Auditorium.

    Mobile Clinic in Robstown

    The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District will host a Mobile Clinic on Wednesday, February 18, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Keach Family Library, located at 1000 Terry Shamsie Boulevard, Robstown, TX.

    Wellness Wednesdays: Zumba

    Join us for Zumba and dance your way to a healthier, happier you! The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District is offering free monthly Zumba classes from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at 1702 Horne Road. The classes will be led by Latin Fuego.

    Mobile Clinic in Bishop

    The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District will host a Mobile Clinic on Tuesday, February 24, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bishop County Library, located at 115 Ash Avenue, Bishop, TX.

    Wellness Wednesdays: Nutrition Class

    The Corpus Christi – Nueces County Public Health District, in partnership with the Coastal Bend Food Bank, is offering free nutrition classes. The classes will be held monthly from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 1702 Horne Road.

    Join us for our next Neighborhood Fitness event on Friday, March 20, at Bill Witt Park, 6869 Yorktown Boulevard, in District 5. Registration is required.
