Citation Options
To resolve your citation, you must appear by the date and time listed on your citation or enter an appearance by mail. You may plead not guilty, guilty, or no contest. If you do not wish to contest your violation you may.
If you have a moving violation you may be eligible to take an approved driving safety course. You must elect to take the driving safety course on or before your appearance date on your citation, and enter a plea of no contest or guilty. If you successfully comply with the conditions in the Driving Safety Course Order your case will be dismissed.

Please note that a payment will result in a judgment and conviction which will be reported to the Texas Department of Public safety and be placed on your driving record or criminal history, if applicable.

Court Location
Municipal Court is open to the public from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday with extended hours on Thursdays from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. The Municipal Court encourages the public to resolve their case online, by email, mail, or by phone.
