Request Time Served
Depending on your financial situation, a Judge may be able to offer you other ways to pay or earn credit towards your fine and court costs. For the Judge to consider such circumstances, you may: appear in person Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or Thursdays from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; email your request to MCMail@cctexas.com, or mail your request to Municipal Court, 120 N. Chaparral St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401.
All time served requests require a plea of No Contest or Guilty to be considered for time served, proof of incarceration. If time served is granted, a conviction will be reported to the Department of Public Safety.

Please note that a payment will result in a judgment and conviction which will be reported to the Texas Department of Public safety and be placed on your driving record or criminal history, if applicable.

Court Location
Municipal Court is open to the public from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday with extended hours on Thursdays from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. The Municipal Court encourages the public to resolve their case online, by email, mail, or by phone.
