Webex Hearings

Webex hearings are virtual dockets that based on your circumstances, with the State’s consent, you may be able to appear before a judge virtually.

You will be notified by mail of your appearance date and the instructions to log into Webex.

You can use your smartphone, laptop or computer to sign on to Webex. You must have internet access, a camera and a microphone.

Webex hearings are actual Court Dockets, and all Court rules apply such as Courtroom decorum.

If you fail to appear for the Webex hearing, you will be scheduled for an in person hearing and failure to appear to an in-person hearing may result in a warrant for your arrest.
