Are you responsible for organizing a 5K run or walk to create awareness and to raise funds for a cause? Is your organization wanting to host a holiday street festival or a music festival? Or would you like to plan a parade along our bayfront?

Our Special Events Team will help you get started. Simply fill out the preliminary form, linked below. Our team will review the request. Once approved, an email will be sent with a link to complete the special event application. The special event application will be forwarded to the appropriate departments for approval. You will be notified once the application is approved. The special event permit must be issued prior to the event.

Please note the following requirements:

• • Special event applications are due 60 days prior to event.

  • There is a non-refundable $50 Special Events Application fee.

  • An application is required for spontaneous demonstrations two days before the event.

Vintage Charm in Our Historic Houses

North Beach, McGee Beach and Padre Island are beautiful settings for your beach wedding.
