HUT Enterprises Property – Annexation for London Checkout Convenience Store and Gas Station
The City of Corpus Christi City Council will hold a public hearing on the annexation of a 2.19-acre tract of land owned by HUT Enterprises, LLC located at the southwest intersection of State Highway (SH) 286 and Farm-to-Market (FM) 43; and annexation of a 4610.45 linear-foot section (10.58 acres) of FM 43 right-of-way located between the Property’s eastern boundary westward to the closest point of the existing City limit line, which is located adjacent to the east property line of NCAD Property ID 612411.
London Towne 10 Annexation
The City of Corpus Christi City Council will hold a public hearing on the annexation of approximately 63.239 acres of land located along the east side of CR 33 (London Pirate Rd), North of FM 43 (Weber Rd) and south of Oso Creek. The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, during a regular City Council meeting which begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Corpus Christi City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX.
Texas Lone Star Abstract & Title Investments Group – Annexation
The City of Corpus Christi City Council will hold a public hearing on the annexation of a two-acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of Farm-to-Market (FM) 43 and County Road (CR) 47 (the “Property”); annexation of an approximately 300 linear-foot section of CR 47 right-of-way abutting the Property’s western boundary; and annexation of an approximately 2,490 linear-foot section of FM 43 right-of-way located between the Property’s eastern boundary and London Pirate Road. The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, during a regular City Council meeting which begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Corpus Christi City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX.
