Commend an Officer
CCPD’s Professional Standards Division provides the opportunity for you to recognize individual service, professionalism and positive experiences you have with Officers and staff personnel.
The Corpus Christi Police Department investigates all commendations and/or inquiries made against its employees. A commendation regarding a police department employee can be made Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by visiting or calling the Internal Affairs Office at 5805 Williams Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412, (361) 886-2627 and an investigator will initiate the commendation process.
After business hours, you can call the main number for the police department at (361) 886-2600 and ask to speak with any on-duty police supervisor. A police supervisor will contact you and initiate the commendation process.
You also have the option of calling the Internal Affairs Complaint hotline at (361) 886-2627, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and leaving a message. Be sure to leave your name and a return number if you wish to be contacted about your commendation.
