Report Traffic Signal, Sign, Pavement Marking and Street Light Issues
To report issues with traffic signals, street signs, and street lights customers can call 311 or (361) 826-2489 if you are out of City Limits (Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Customers can also download the app at the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store by searching MYCC311. Common issues reported include the following:

- Knocked down traffic signals, street signs or street lights
- Malfunctioning traffic signals or school zone flashers
- Signals stuck on red light
- Signal all dark
- Signals knocked down
- Traffic Signal, flashing assembly, or street light outages
- Broken school zone beacons
- Before you dig/excavate at a signalized intersection
About Us
The Mission of the Public Works Department is to manage, maintain, and develop the City's street and storm water systems. This is accomplished by maintaining street pavement; operating and maintaining traffic signals, signs and markings, planning and developing the street system; and providing storm water management services.
