Criminal Mischief

- Written estimate of damage from professional businesses
- Photographs of damage (photo’s from afar and close up)
- Evidence (video, text messages, or witnesses)
- Possible suspects and why you believe they are involved in this crime.
- Have Criminal Mischief Affidavit completed for assigned Detective.
Thefts
- Please gather as much of the following information to help progress your case:
- Proof of ownership (serial numbers, owner applied numbers, or photographs of items)
- Cost of items
- Certified Demand Letters (Requires the return of property or money given for service not provided) see attached pdf, Demand Letter Example
- Evidence (video, text messages, or witnesses)
- Possible suspects and why you believe they are involved in this crime.
- Have Theft Affidavit completed for assigned Detective.
Burglary Habitation/Building
- Please gather as much of the following information to help progress your case:
- Evidence (video or witnesses)
- Cost of items
- Proof of ownership (serial numbers, owner applied numbers, or photographs of items)
- Possible suspects and why you believe they are involved in this crime.
- Have both the Home Burglary and Building Burglary completed for assigned Detective.
