Beginning Monday, February 3, one northbound lane of South Alameda Street will be closed at the intersection of Everhart Road for utility line work. Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.

Beginning Wednesday, January 29, repaving work will commence on Woolridge Road from South Staples Street to Dewberry Drive as part of the Street Preventative Maintenance Program (SPMP).
The Elizabeth Street reconstruction project will enter its final construction phase on Tuesday, January 28.
At today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council awarded a $5,880,000 contract to Victory Building Team of Corpus Christi to construct the Southside Police Substation.
Phase 1 of the Everhart Road project is nearing completion. Starting Thursday, January 2, 2025, the project will transition into another phase which will require significant traffic control changes.
Elizabeth Street will be closed at Santa Fe Street from 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 20, to 7:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, as part of the ongoing Elizabeth Street reconstruction project.
