Adult Safety Net (ASN) 

Adults need vaccines too! CCNCPHD offers no-cost vaccines for adults 19 years of age and older who are: 

  • Uninsured 
  • 19 Yr. Old referred to the Public Health Dept. to finish a vaccine series, initiated under the Texas Vaccine for Children Program (TVFC) 

Vaccines provided under the ASN Program include: 

  • Hepatitis A vaccine  
  • Hepatitis B vaccine  
  • Combination hepatitis A-hepatitis B vaccine  
  • Measles, mumps, & rubella (MMR) vaccine  
  • Meningococcal vaccine  
  • Tetanus, diphtheria, & pertussis (Tdap) vaccine  
  • Tetanus-diphtheria (Td) vaccine 

*Please bring immunization record and valid photo ID.
